A courier website.
A connected system.

We built Vantix's public website and the software behind its courier workflow: quoting, bookings, CRM, dispatch, driver tools, tracking and proof of delivery. One connected build for a Western Sydney business serving Greater Sydney.

Connect the enquiry
to the actual work.

A courier website has to explain the service, collect useful route and load details, and lead into a booking. The operational system then has to keep those details available to dispatch, drivers and the customer as the job progresses.

Our scope covered both sides. We designed the public journey around quote, booking and tracking tasks, then connected the records and interfaces behind them. Customer accounts and staff workflows have different roles; the useful information travels with the job.

From the first request
to the delivery record.

  1. 01

    Quote and booking

The public journey collects the route, load, service and handoff requirements before a booking reaches dispatch. The interface separates a price request from a confirmed delivery, so customers know which step they are taking.

  2. 02

    CRM and dispatch

Contacts, enquiries, bookings, jobs and routes are connected through one data model. A repeat customer can reuse their contact record while each booking keeps its own requirements and history. Dispatch works from the job rather than copying details between disconnected tools.

  3. 03

    Driver and delivery

Driver and vehicle workflows connect assigned work to the delivery record. Tracking gives the customer a reference-based view of progress; photo and signature records belong to the relevant job and agreed handoff requirements.

  4. 04

    The operational history

Status changes, messages and delivery records stay linked to the work they describe. That connection supports follow-up, invoicing and reviewing what happened without treating the public website as a separate brochure.

A system the business
can keep shaping.

Vantix owns the custom software. Adding a workflow or changing the interface does not require a platform vendor's permission, and the custom platform has no per-user licence fee.

Ownership still comes with operating decisions: hosting, email, payment processing, maintenance and third-party services need a clear budget and responsibility. We keep those costs separate when comparing a custom build with subscription software.

What did Omayoglu build for Vantix?

We built the public website and the connected courier software: quoting and booking journeys, backend and CRM records, dispatch and driver workflows, customer tracking and proof-of-delivery handling.

Does Vantix own the custom software?

Yes. Vantix owns its custom platform and can commission changes without a software vendor's permission or a per-user licence fee for that platform. Hosting, email, payment processing and other third-party services have their own costs and terms.

Can a similar system work for another service business?

The approach can fit quoting, booking, job tracking and customer-portal workflows in other businesses. We first map your process and compare a focused custom build with integrating an existing product. The right choice depends on scope, maintenance and total operating cost.
