Project enquiries
When you contact us, we use the contact details and project information you provide to respond, prepare a proposal and deliver the requested service. Our enquiry form sends your message through Resend to the studio’s enquiry inboxes. Please do not include passwords or sensitive records in a project brief.
Client accounts and reports
Client accounts are provided by invitation. Account details, website records, activity and reports are used to deliver and manage your services. Access is restricted to the client’s authorised users and the studio. Supabase provides authentication and database storage when the client service is enabled. We use a necessary, secure session cookie to keep you signed in.
Payments
When payments are enabled, Stripe handles the secure payment page and recurring payment method. We receive billing references, invoice amounts and payment status; we do not collect or store full card numbers in this website. The checkout shows the charge and recurring terms before you agree to pay.
Optional analytics
If optional Google Analytics is enabled and you accept it, we measure visits and broad contact interactions to improve our public website. Analytics is not loaded before consent and is excluded from private client and billing pages. We do not include enquiry text, account details or payment information in analytics events. You can decline or change the choice using Analytics settings when available.
Service providers and control
Our hosting, email, authentication and payment providers may process information outside Australia. We use access controls to limit who can view client records. To request access, a correction, removal or information about records we hold, contact hello@omayoglu.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained to meet business or legal obligations.
